I’m not sure if anyone else is familiar with the hockey arena oop, but if not, it is that large rectangular area that exists between the goal lines in the NHL games. There’s a lot of hype about this building and it has been around for quite a while.
The thing that makes hockey oop so popular is that it is an arena that is designed so you can ice skate your way around it. I was thinking about this when I was watching the promo for NHL 15 and it looks like you can actually do that.
Hockey oop reminds me of the basketball arena oop, but in more ways than one. The first video about hockey oop shows you the arena, but it starts with a video from the NHL Network that shows you how to ice skate around the arena. It seems like you can actually do that (and that is a huge bonus) and you can also do it without skating to the rink.
I think hockey oop is cool because you can skate around a small arena instead of the giant rink. You can also do it with hockey stick or skateboard. It seems like there is an arena that you can ice skate around that you can’t do either of those things at the rink. So there is this arena oop that you can actually do, but you can’t skate around the rink.
