We are all well aware that we all have a “hockey pick up line” when it comes to when someone wants to date us. It doesn’t matter if we’re just talking or we’re texting, just about the fact that at some point, we will need to put this kind of line together.
It’s not only about putting it in, but making sure it’s effective. Hockey pick up lines should be funny, but also have a purpose. They need to be funny because people will want to hear them, but also need to be funny because they will be effective. If it’s too generic or boring, people will not be able to hear it and will be more likely to not laugh at it.
Hockey pick up lines are not just funny, but also effective. They are a great way to get the attention of your target. Just make sure that whatever you say is funny as well.
I think that a great example of this is in the recent trailer for Tomb Raider. Lara is in a bar, and she gets a phone call from someone saying, “I need you. I’m coming over.” Lara asks, “Who is this?” and the person says, “You are. You are the guy who needs to be the hero. I am the guy who needs to be the hero.” Lara is not amused.
But you know what? Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t see Lara’s reaction to the line in the trailer. It’s like she didn’t even hear it. And if the person who was calling her from the phone was telling her to be the hero, then Lara was probably saying, Fine. I’ll be the hero.
Yeah, this sounds like a bad joke. But seriously, the trailers for the NHL 2K14 game show that you get to see as you play. Not only do they tell you the words to lines from the trailer, but they also offer you that phone call from someone that you need to be the hero.
That’s actually a really good example of why hockey games are so great. Because when you see a game, the words that you hear represent what the game is about, the words you hear that you need to be the hero represent what you need and want to do in order to be the hero. The games help you develop the skills to be the hero, so that you can be the hero in your own life and in the lives of others.
So, what makes a good hockey pick up line? It has to be a little bit witty and clever, and it must be memorable, but mostly its a little bit funny. So when you hear a hockey player say, “If you need a pick up line, just ask for two” you know they’re joking, but when you hear the same player say that to someone who’s actually in a serious situation, you know they’re serious.
So this is a line I heard a few times and I always thought it was clever, or at least a little funny. It might not be a good pick up line in the real world, but it’s one you can say in a game, and if you think of it as a pick up line, you’re going to love it.
I like to think that hockey is good pick up lines, but it is also a popular sport that has a lot to hide from the viewers. Like in real life, it’s not always that easy to tell a player you have a message for them. A lot of guys are afraid to make a mistake and admit they have a message for someone and the whole thing gets blown out of proportion.
